Founded in 2016 by Dione Mason in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the Toronto Carnival Run (TCR) has become one of Canada’s fastest growing and favoured running/walking events. It combines active living, community, and a celebration of Caribbean culture. The overall mission of TCR is to uplift, inspire, and motivate people to make positive lifestyle
changes by creating a fun running experience. With a variety of race lengths and the option to run or walk, TCR welcomes participants of all ages and abilities.
Taking place on July 29th, this event will support building Canada's first African-Caribbean Cultural Centre celebrating the history, legacy, and culture of Canadians
of African and Caribbean descent.
This year, Support Black Charities is proud to sponsor the TCR and support their mission to promote health within the community and celebrate the Caribbean culture and diversity within the Greater Toronto Area.
